The prices below are per person and night including our half board, for a minimum stay of 3 nights. For a stay of less than 3 nights, we will apply a surcharge of 15% per night. Reduction for children

Up to 3 years old: 15,00 € per night with half board & 10,00 € per night with bed & breakfast
3-5 years old: 70% reduction
5-8 years old: 50% reduction

14 years and up: 10% reduction

Local tax

Rates exclude the local tourist tax of 3,00 € per person (ages 14 and up) per day, which is to be paid on site.

Massages: are available for a surcharge dependent of the type of massage. Following massages are for choice: full body massage 50 min, partial body massage 25 min, Breuss massage 25 min, honey massage 25 min
Surcharge for pets: 11,00 € per day. Food not provided. No pets allowed in the dining rooms or the wellness area.

General Cancellation terms:

If a booking is cancelled up to 4 weeks before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged (the deposit will be credited to your next holiday in our house); 4 weeks to 7 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; 7 days before arrival or less, 80% of the reservation sum will be charged.

In case of late arrival and early departure the booked days will be charged anyway.

We please you to leave the restaurant after 22.00. You can sit in the bar or in the lounge and order other drinks.

You can find souvenirs to bring back home with you in the shops in Anterselva, Rasun, Valdaora, and Brunico:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 -12:00 and 15:00 - 18:00

Mass
The times for Holy Mass in our surrounding area are available at reception.

Parking
Parking is available free of charge in front of our hotel. Garage parking is available for an extra charge of 8,00 € per day.

Payment
Payment can be made in cash or with EC or credit card. Diners Club and American Express cards are not accepted.

Reception opening hours
7:30 - 11:30
15:00 - 22:00

The reception, bar and restaurant is not occupied during the summer season from May to November from 11:30 to 15:00. Therefore, please take your room key with you. In case of need you can reach us at the number +390474862333. We are at your disposal for any questions and information. For hiking and adventure tips, we always have a good tip ready. In case of an emergency after 22:00 we are always available for you on the internal number 100.

Safe
We offer an electronic safe in your room to deposit your valuables. To use the safe, enter the code you have chosen. We ask that you please leave the safe open upon departure.

Riepen Ski Rent is located right at our hotel (cross-country skis, downhill skis, snowboards, toboggans, snowshoes)
