Travel Insurance and Cancellation Policy

General cancellation terms.

• 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• 29 - 8 days before arrival: 60 % of the booking amount.
• 7 - 4 days before arrival: 80 % of the booking amount.
• 3 days before arrival: 100 % of the booking amount.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, 100 % of the booking amount will be charged.

Special Conditions for the 2026 Olympics

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.

Once the deposit has been paid and the booking is confirmed, free cancellation is no longer possible. In case of cancellation, the outstanding balance will be charged.
