Travel Insurance and Cancellation Policy

• up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee
• 29 - 8 days before arrival: 60 % of the booking amount
• 7 - 4 days before arrival: 80 % of the booking amount
• 3 days before arrival: 100 % of the booking amount
• In the event of late arrival and early departure, 100 % of the booking amount will be charged.

General cancellation terms.

If a booking is cancelled up to 4 weeks before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged (the deposit will be credited to your next holiday in our house); 4 weeks to 7 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; 7 days before arrival or less, 80% of the reservation sum will be charged.

In case of late arrival and early departure the booked days will be charged anyway.
