The Rieserferner Group
A scenic jewel in the Nature Park Rieserferner-Ahrn.
The Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park is a scenic jewel: sparkling white glaciers, roaring waterfalls, dense mountain forests, and marvellous hiking trails.
The Rieserferner Group belongs to the mountain chain "High Tauern" and to the Nature Park Rieserferner-Ahrn. The highest peak is 3465 m high. But there are more 3000ers in Antholz.
Spring, summer, and fall: In these months, our guests can make wonderful hiks on the different trails. From the trail around the Lake of Antholz, take a breath on the numerous hayfields. You can reach also the Rieserferner hut or to Riepenscharte on more challeging trails, which will make every hiker’s heart beat a little faster. But the effort will be rewarded with stunning views on the Rieserferner Group and the village Antholz, the nearby Dolomites and the Kronplatz.
