60 km of trails of varying degrees of difficulty, 30 km of which can be found in the well-known cross-country skiing and biathlon stadium and around the Lake Lago di Anterselva. The Biathlon Centre in Anterselva di Sopra (1600 m) guarantees excellent snow conditions and is accessible by car or by the ski bus, which operates several times per day.
Experience the deep stillness of the peaceful mountains and make your own mark in the soft, powdery snow. Snowshoeing promises absolute harmony with nature.
In the Valle Anterselva, in the midst of the Rieserferner Group, there’s plenty for ski tourers to discover – whether you’d like to go through the Agschtal via the Staller Saddle (border pass to Austria), with Rotwand, Hexenscharte, etc., or test out the snows of the Antholzerscharte on the other side of the valley. In addition, for higher tours in the spring, there are the mighty three-thousand-metre mountains, such as the Hochgall, the Magerstein, and the Schneebidger Nock.
The Valle Anterselva offers great toboggan runs, which are particularly suitable for families with children. Fun is the top priority. But the athletic aspect isn’t too far from it. On an ideal tobogganing day, you’ll breathe in the fresh winter air, enjoy South Tyrolean specialties in a quaint little hut, and slide down into the valley on your toboggan.
