Reduction for children

• Up to 3 years old: 15,00 € per night with half board & 10,00 € per night with bed & breakfast
• 3-5 years old: 70% reduction
• 5-8 years old: 50% reduction
• 8-14 years old: 30% reduction
• 14 years and up: 10% reduction

Local tax

• Rates exclude the local tourist tax of 3,00 € per person (ages 14 and up) per day, which is to be paid on site.

• Dinner: choice of seasonal and regional 3 to 5 course menu
• Usage of the spa area 
• Bathrobes, towels and a wellness bag
• A receipe for a traditional southtyrolean dish, to cook at home
• Digital Guest Pass Antholzertal - free use of public transport in South Tyrol, free admission to 80+ museums, discounts on activities and events, reduced admission to leisure facilities, discounts and promotions in local stores
• Different guided activities and hikes
• Deposit for drying shoes and clothes

Additionally bookable services:

• Whirlpool - 10.00 € per person (registration at reception required)
• Massages: are available for a surcharge dependent of the type of massage. Following massages are for choice: full body massage 50 min, partial body massage 25 min, Breuss massage 25 min, honey massage 25 min
• Surcharge for pets: 11,00 € per day. Food not provided. No pets allowed in the dining rooms or the wellness area. 

General Cancellation terms:

If a booking is cancelled up to 4 weeks before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged (the deposit will be credited to your next holiday in our house); 4 weeks to 7 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; 7 days before arrival or less, 80% of the reservation sum will be charged.

In case of late arrival and early departure the booked days will be charged anyway.
